Cracked Glass Technique

I made this card for my amazing husband. 25 years later and I would marry him all over again.
The technique on this card is cracked glass. I stamped the images I wanted with soft suede,  covered the whole area worth versa mark and clear embossing powder,  hit the heat gun to it,  covered again with clear embossing powder... repeated this 3 times and then put the project in the freezer. Once frozen I bent in several places,  which left several cracks and then distressed with soft suede on a sponge dobber. Ta-daaa!  Cracked glass!

Merry Merry

Just Dance images on this card actually came from a dollar stamp set that I picked up at Joanns a couple years ago.

Your Own Kind of Beautiful

Origami birds on water.

Nothing real special about this card.  I have a feeling this card is going to be one of those that hangs around for a long time.  It's so hideous I just can't bring myself to punish somebody enough to give this to them.  lol

Best Wishes in Floral

Here's a bright combination that's eye catching.  Looking at the tone of yellow seperately, I never imagined how it would have coordinated so well with the bright pink and the floral blend.  I'm glad I took the chance and combined them.  The Bakers' Twine "ties" everything together.  lol  ;)

A Bright Christmas

Greetings!

Here's a traditional Christmas card, adorned with Christmas lights.  You can't quite see, but the lights are shiny from heat embossing.  The "Bright" sentiment pops from the Dimensionals and the card is addorned with colored bling gems.

A Christmas Filled with Love

Greetings!

I love the colors of this card.  Once again, not quite traditionally bright green & red.  Stamp set's from this card vary from Joann's to Close to My Heart.  Yes I said it, Close to My Heart.  I picked up a bunch of stamp set's that were priced right at a yard sale this past summer.

Little Holidays Girl

Hi again!

I'm updating my website with cards that I've been making, but haven't had or made the time to upload them to my website, so please bare with me.  This card is made using an old favorite of mine called Greeting Card kids.  it's so versatile, there's stamp images for Halloween, First Day of School, Valentines Day, and Christmas.  It's really cute!  One blessing that I'm not a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator anymore is that I can continue to get away with using my old favorite stamp set's, where normally I could only use stamp set's from the current catalog.

The inside sentiment is from Bold & Basic Greetings.

Look forward to hearing from you!

Thanks!

Comfort and Good Cheer

Greetings!  i love the colors of this Christmas card.  It's definitely not done in the traditional green & red.

I would love to hear from you! Please share your comments.

Thanks!

A Wilderness Christmas Greeting

This card seems to be missing something,  but sometimes less is more.  I can always add to it later if need be.
