Good evening! This card went together quite nicely without incident. I ran the oval mat’s through my Big Shot, Punched the Birdie shapes, cut out the flowers and butterfly and went to pastin’. For the finishing touch I added bling to the center of some of the flowers, a halfback pearl for the birds eye, and a bow.
Stamp Set’s used: Elementary Elegance, Punch Potpourri, and Vintage Vogue

I have been feeling pretty hopeless and overwhelmed here lately, so the sentiment on the inside of this card is a perfect reminder for me that I am not and will never be alone: “God understands our prayers even when we can’t find the words to say them ~ Author Unknown”
So, with that being said… The stamp sets used to create this card are: Happiness Shared and Words of Wisdom. Colors used are Barely Banana, Sage Shadow, and Very Vanilla. I used watercolors to color in the roses.
The Mojo Monday Sketch for this week is as follows:

Good afternoon everyone! Today is such a beautiful day outside. The sun is shining & it’s close to the 40’s today. We’ve had below 0 degree weather for the last couple of weeks or so and any sun and warmth we get is a blessing. I worked on this card while waiting for Chelsey, my youngest daughter to finish what she’s doing and I think we’ll do our daily bible study.
Heartfelt thanks was used to create this card. I have a lot of stamp set’s with spiritual sentiments and quotes from the Bible that I can add to the inside when the need arises.
The butterflies are Bravo Burgundy IRL, for some reason they don’t look so Bravo Burgundy in the picture.

Good evening Stampers! I’m at a loss as to just who in my life I am going to give this card to. There are so many special people, it wouldn’t be fair to choose just one.
This card was created with Heartfelt Thanks and Blessings from Heaven stamp sets

Here is a St. Patricks Day card I made from the Gift Givers stamp set. I watercolored the little Leprechaun and added Crystal Effects to the gold coins. I added Champagne Glass glitter around the stamped image.
I embossed the base with a Cuttlebug embossing folder and patted my Green Galore stamp pad on it to color the raised / embossed areas.
And now, for the back of the card. I have never shown the back of my cards before, but thought I would show a cute stamp that I add to the back of most of my cards. It’s the Hallmark image and says “No, it’s not Hallmark but thanks for looking!” lol I thought it was cute.

Not feeling very well tonight, so this is going to be short. This card has been done for quite a while, I just haven’t gotten around to getting it posted.
The heart’s used as flowers were embossed with clear embossing powder to give them dimension.

I made this card for a young mother who’s young daughter has been hurt, which was heartbreaking news. I pray God will give her comfort, patience, forgiveness, and clarity while she faces the tough times that are ahead of her and her little girl..
Stamp Set’s used: Faith in Nature & Oval All.

I am having the BEST evening I’ve had in a long time. I just got back from Wisdom of the Word Bible Study and am feeling uplifted & optimistic in my relationship with the Lord.
I used Baby Blossom and Tiny Tags to create this card. This card was inspired by Lisa Young.

I would have to say I think I have out-done myself with this Challenge. I tweaked it a little bit, but it still contains everything to be eligible.
Stamp Set used: God is Love. I watercolored the ark image. I used a curious combination of colors this time, a combination I never would have considered putting together, but I’m SO GLAD I did! Very Vanilla, Wild Wasabi, Perfect Plum, and So Saffron!

I never realized how great these three colors are together! Combined with this sketch – a great combination I think.

Greetings stampers! Another restless night. So far we’re working either day 3 or day 4 that I have been sick. No fever, no aches, and none of the other symptoms that are associated with the flu, other than throwing up several times a day, which is getting VERY old!
Anyway, I have gotten little sleep because I’ve been sick, and I have to drive to Meridian today for a Dr’s appointment. I hope Bill will drive cause I know I won’t be able to.
Anyway, this card was created using the following stamp set’s: Nature Silhouette and Sincere Salutations.

This Birthday card is for my adopted brother. He’s hitting the BIG Five – OH this year and doesn’t seem none too pleased about it. Happy Birthday Dave!

Here’s a quick simple little card I put together using spare pieces. I have several drawers full of stamped images, punched & stamped images, etc… that tend to accumulate over time. I start to make one thing, and a better idea strikes me, so I take the piece I started and put it in the drawer with the other items that were started but never finished.

I figured I would get out some of my clear stamps that I picked up at JoAnn’s quite some time back. I quit using them because I was frustrated with the lack of quality I got on the image. I found out a while back that if I lightly (very lightly) sanded the stamps, then I would get better ink coverage. It works very well.
Now I’m excited that I can use all the cheap stamps I have picked up through the years!

I pieced the little girls dress to match the same pattern as the designer cardstock on the base of this card. Added glitter to the heart in the little girl,s hand and there you have it!

Good evening! Here’s a simple card with a little bit of detail. I tried to keep it as simple as I could without looking like no effort was made.

I found a really cool medium by Ranger called Perfect Pearls. I brushes over a stamped image and leaves a metallic-type shimmer where the inked image is.
The stamp set used on this card is: In Wilderness and Happy Moments (for the sentiment)
To get the distressed look on the designer cardstock, I embossed it with my chosen embossing folders and sanded the embossed area’s down to reveal the white inner core of the cardstock beneath the colored designs.

I’m not entirely sure what I was thinking when I started making this card. I kept putting things together, hoping that something would come to me as I went along. It didn’t – so, this is what I ended up with. I used Velvet Flock on the boot to create more of a 3 D effect. I used bronze embossing powder on the horse shoes and stamped the horse & rider image with versa mark with the sentiment over the image. I tried to use “manly colors” so a man would feel comfortable getting a card like this. “)

This card, I think, is the most funky card I have ever done. There are just pieces of cardstock I’ve had laying around, so I decided to just put them together & see what I came up with. As I sometimes say “less is more”.
Stamp set used: Oval All

My husband, daughters, and grand kids all went to town, I was hurting too bad, so I decided to stay home. I was hoping to be able to catch up on some of my stamping, but I was only able to achieve one card today. “( Well, one card is better than no cards!
Stamp Set’s used: Because I Care for the sentiment and Fresh Vintage. The embossed image is the Flower Garden embossing folder. This card originally inspired by Stampin with Kris.
Thank you so much for stopping by!

Good morning! My Mojo is flowing, it’s almost 2 in the morning, but I’m afraid to stop when I’m on a roll like this. Things seem to be easily coming to me and I would hate to crash my Mojo train! lol Yes, I’m tired & rummy, but too stubborn to quit and go to bed, where I really do belong. Sooooo anyway, I used Stampin’ Write Markers on the stamp to get the pink pirouette on the petals and pear pizzaz on the leaves and stems. There are a lot of things about this one that were inspired by Chiaki Haverstick. on Pinterest. I just LOVE Pinterest! I have run across so many adorable cards and projects. Once I get started, though I can go and go and go without any concept of time.
