CASE–Floral Fusion Thanks

Greetings!  After receiving a lot of feedback and at the insistence of my daughter, I decided to CASE a card I did a long time ago.  Because I don’t like doing the same thing unless I have to, I always strive to change things around so the item is truly unique.  The one on the bottom is exactly like the one I did a long time ago, but I couldn’t bear to do it again, so I changed up the color, the sentiment, and the extra’s.
Thanks Floral Fusion

Hello, Birdie!

Good evening!  This card went together quite nicely without incident.  I ran the oval mat’s through my Big Shot, Punched the Birdie shapes, cut out the flowers and butterfly and went to pastin’.  For the finishing touch I added bling to the center of some of the flowers, a halfback pearl for the birds eye, and a bow.

Stamp Set’s used:  Elementary Elegance, Punch Potpourri, and Vintage Vogue

Hello Fusion

Good evening everyone!  I hope you are safe in ringing in the new year!  We spent a quiet evening at home.  Had pizza and snacks.

Shortly before the stroke of midnight, Danny, my oldest called from up North to wish us a Happy New Year.  I got to talk to all my kids

Hello

So, in a hurry to get this uploaded so I can work on another one.  Thanks for stopping by!

Clean and Simple Birthday

Good evening all!  This card is quick and clean.  I resisted the urge to run anything through my Big Shot in an embossing folder.  Thinking about it now, the Houndstooth or Striped Embossing wouldn't have looked too bad. Sigh... What's done is done. Enjoy!

This card was created with the following Stampin' Up! Supplies:
  • Stamp Set:
    • Elementary Elegance
  • Punch:
    • Curly Label Punch
  • Misc:
    • Dimensionals
    • Basic Jewel Rhinestones
  • Colors Used:
    • Chocolate Chip
    • Crumb Cake
    • Sahara Sand

Thank you so much for stoping by!

Nautical Birthday - Masculine - Sketch Challenge

Here is another sketch challenge from Sunny Challenges & Creations.

I'm keeping up with my challenge of creating Masculine cards to replenish my stock.  Here is the sketch...
And here is my interpretation of the sketch:

I did something a bit different around the sentiment.  Instead of rolling out a framelits shape and stamp the sentiment on that, I took a Framelits shape, adhered temporary snail to the back, positioned it where I wanted it on Very Vanilla cardstock and with my dauber shaded Crumb Cake all over and then Soft Suede just around the edges.  I then stamped images from The Open Sea stamp set all over.  Once I figured I had done enough, I removed the Framelits shape, which left the shape, but all clean of any ink, but you can still see the impression.  I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment and called it good.  I'm not sure what the technique is called, I guess it would be a reverse mask?
