Scenic Congratulations

Greetings!
I was in the mood to do some sponging, so I figured I would use a scenic image to satiate my appetite to sponge.  I am so glad Soft Sky has been re-included in Stampin’ Up!s current color line-up.  It covers things that Bashful Blue just couldn’t do. 
The two stamp set’s I used on this card are from Gina K Designs:  Inside and Out and Life is Good. 
The Life is Good set has great masculine images:  a train, cabin, mountain scenery, Deer, etc…

Happy Father’s Day–Try Stamping on Tuesday and Dynamic Duo’s Challenge

Greetings!  This card was inspired by both Try Stamping on Tuesday AND Dynamic Duo’s color challenges.

I decided to use my stamp set from Gina K Design’s Life is Good.  The train is a great match for the grey / black color combination challenge.

Reflections of Beauty

I love how the reflection in the water kind of shimmers so it looks realistic!  (it's just the stamp - I'm not that creative!  lol).

Anyway, I burnished chalk to cover the water, land, trees, rocks, & sky. I was thinking some Crystal Effects would look really good either on the rocks or on the water, but it was already pretty the way it was, I didn't want to (over-do) it.
